Laiwo Group's "Xinglin Qingma Project" Education Base Training 1.0

In order to improve the leadership and management ability of the group and the comprehensive quality of employees, Laiwo Group conducted a series of training activities at the Jilin Qingma Engineering Education Base of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the morning of August 24, 2020.
Firstly, volunteers took us to visit the Xinglin Qingma Engineering Education Base of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and provided a detailed introduction to the "Xinglin Qingma Engineering" project. The fundamental task of this project is to cultivate young Marxists with good Marxist theoretical cultivation, as well as Chinese socialist practitioners who can take the lead in promoting the revitalization and development of traditional Chinese medicine, inheritors, promoters, and builders of excellent Chinese traditional culture. After the introduction, everyone has gained a profound understanding of the "Xinglin Qingma Project".
Immediately, we entered the Xinglin Qingma Engineering VR Laboratory to truly experience the arduous journey of the Red Army's Long March through 3D animation. The great spirit of the Long March inspires everyone! A successful team should possess the magnificent Long March spirit of unity, dedication, and fearlessness of difficulties!
Subsequently, everyone listened to a lecture by Professor Gao Fuping, a specially appointed professor at the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, former member of the Provincial Party Committee, and Minister of Propaganda. Professor Gao has been engaged in leadership work for many years. Based on his years of social work experience, he uses a large number of real cases to explain the thinking patterns that leaders should have, and through various aspects such as "interpersonal skills," "theoretical literacy," and "logical thinking," he explains how to improve the management ability of leaders, perfectly elaborating on the art and strategies of management. Everyone has benefited greatly.
Finally, Professor Zhang Wenfeng from the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine will explain the rhythmic health preservation in the Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon. Professor Zhang succinctly introduced the methods of traditional Chinese medicine health and wellness through a combination of theory and practice. It involves the methods of health preservation at various stages from birth to old age, and concludes with the idea that "diet should be in rhythm, and life should be in rhythm", which has benefited everyone a lot.
